Get Fit Boot Camp Spring & Summer Challenge
Starting Tuesday March 16, 2010 at 6:00 pm
each session will last for 8 weeks.
First session will be March 16 to May 4th,
Second session will start May 11,
Third session will start July 13,

American Red Cross CPR Training
is scheduled for
Saturday July 17th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

NO LATER than Wednesday July 14th.
Cost is $30 for child and adult CPR training.
Space is limited so payment is due to confirm your spot.
Please arrive at the dojo by 12:45 on Saturday and wear comfortable clothes.
