Sensei Rob is the Head instructor at Shin Gi Do Academy of Martial Arts.
He holds a 5th degree black belt in the art of Kenpo-Jujitsu.

He started his martial arts training at age 17 in Long Beach. Sensei Rob has training in several forms of martial arts; Kenpo, Jujitsu, Aikido, and grappling arts. He attributes his training in Aikido as to how he learned to dominate the ground game.

Rob has owned four schools; three in Fountain Valley, and one in Long Beach.

Rob is also involved in Child Recovery and Transport work for a private firm.

Sensei Corey is the Lead instructor at Shin Gi Do Academy of Martial Arts.
He holds a 3th degree black belt in the art of Kenpo-Jujitsu.

He started his martial arts training at age 7. Sensei Corey has trained exclusively with Sensei Rob in the arts of Kenpo, Jujitsu, and grappling arts.

Corey is also a student at Orange Coast College.

Sensei Kasey is the Chief Kardio instructor at Shin Gi Do Academy of Martial Arts.
She holds a 2nd degree black belt in the art of Kenpo-Jujitsu.

She started her martial arts training in her 20's. Sensei Kasey has training in the art of Karate, but focuses mainly on the physical fitness aspects of the dojo.

Kasey is also a high school English teacher
at a private accelerated prep school.

Sensei Jon is an experienced grappling coach at Shin Gi Do Academy of Martial Arts.
He holds a 3nd degree black belt in the art of Kenpo-Jujitsu.

He started his martial arts training in his 30's. Sensei Jon has training in the art of Kenpo-Jujitsu and grappling arts.

Jon is also a commissioned artist as well as a specialized painting contractor.

Sampai Kathy is an assistant instructor in the Kids Class at Shin Gi Do Academy of Martial Arts.
She holds a 1st degree black belt in the art of Kenpo-Jujitsu.

She started her martial arts training in 2001. Sampai Kathy has training in the art of Kenpo-Jujitsu, grappling arts and Tai Chi.

Kathy is a former mainframe programmer, and is currently attending Orange Coast College training for a career change into Web Design/Development and Graphic Design.

She is the dojo web designer.
